Identification of Morphological Characters and Fruits Nutrient Analysis Pisang Mas, Buluh Lumut Local Bali. Banana are a common commodity in Indonesia, having high economic, cultural nutritional value. The objective this research was to find the difference morphological characters nutrient content conducted from July October 2021. samples banana were taken Antap Village, Selemadeg Barat District, Tabanan Regency, while identification analysis laboratory. This used UPGMA randomize complete design (RCD) with 3 replications. results showed different qualitative bunch position, fruit shape, apex, remains flower relicts at mature peel color, pedicel surface, pulp color before maturity, maturity predominant taste, quantitative number pedicels, length, length thickness. Pulp differences water content, dry matter, crude lipid, fiber, carbohydrate content.
